March is National Nutrition Month®

During the month NNM, everyone is invited to learn about making informed food choices and developing healthful eating and physical activity habits.
Weekly Key Messaging:
?Week One:

  • Eat a variety of nutritious foods every day! Include healthful foods from all food groups.????????
  • Hydrate healthfully. Learn how to read Nutrition Facts.
  • Avoid distractions while eating.?
  • Take time to enjoy your food. Spend about 20 minutes each meal.
